We're Hiring: Junior Software Engineer

Vision Designing is a US-based software company currently operating in Kandy, Sri Lanka. We specialize in building modern, scalable, and high-quality software solutions for global clients. Are you excited about backend development, cloud technologies, and building modern web/mobile applications? We are seeking a dedicated Junior Software Engineer who can work with .NET, React, Next.js, and React Native to help us deliver excellent software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET / .NET Core.
• Build, test, and optimize APIs for performance, security, and scalability.
• Assist in developing and improving React, Next.js, and React Native applications.
• Work closely with the engineering team to deliver integrated web and mobile solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Support ongoing improvements and maintenance for existing systems.

What We're Looking For:

• 0–1 year of experience in software development (projects or internships acceptable).
• Good understanding of C# and .NET fundamentals.
• Exposure to React, Next.js, or React Native.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Strong desire to learn and grow as a full-stack engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or currently pursuing one.

Work Arrangement:

🟦 This is a full-time onsite position.
🟦 You must be able to travel to Kandy city daily for work.
