We’re excited to open up a Growth Marketing Executive role as we scale Evalsy into the global HR Tech market. If you’re passionate about AI, startups, growth marketing, and B2B SaaS, this might be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and drive growth marketing strategies to scale Evalsy across Sri Lanka & Singapore.
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & X content funnels.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns, lead generation, and remarketing.
• Create landing pages, email outreach sequences, and marketing automation.
• Work closely with the founder to shape GTM strategy, ICP definition & niche targeting.
• Coordinate with HR partners and agencies for brand presence.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.

Ideal Candidate

• Based in Colombo (hybrid/remote flexibility).
• Experience in performance marketing / digital marketing / B2B SaaS marketing.
• Strong skills in content creation, analytics, and campaign management.
• Bonus: Experience with AI tools, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
• Startup mindset — fast learner, creative, and loves experimenting.
