AI Video Content Expert (AI-Driven UGC & eCommerce Storytelling)

Objective:

To create AI-powered video content that captivates, entertains, and drives conversions — blending storytelling, performance marketing, and cutting-edge AI tools to deliver scroll-stopping eCommerce videos.

Role Overview:

The AI Video Content Expert will be responsible for producing high-performing, AI-generated product videos — including UGC-style content, avatar-led storytelling, and visual pattern interrupts. This individual must be fluent in AI video tools and understand consumer psychology, with a strong grasp of pacing, hooks, and story arcs that maximize watch time and sales impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce eCommerce product videos using AI tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Sora, and ElevenLabs. Create hyper-realistic AI avatars and manipulate models to naturally and persuasively showcase products.
  • Develop high-impact ad scripts using proven frameworks (Problem–Solution–Benefit, PAS, AIDA, Hero’s Journey).
  • Integrate hooks, emotional storytelling, and pattern interrupts to capture attention within the first 3 seconds.
  • Optimize video formats for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to test, analyze, and iterate content based on CTR, engagement, and ROAS.
  • Stay up-to-date with AI trends, tools, and best practices in video content creation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Sora, or equivalent platforms.
  • Working knowledge of AI audio tools (e.g., ElevenLabs) for voice cloning and sound design.
  • Deep understanding of attention psychology, retention metrics, and video conversion optimization.
  • Experience writing and editing eCommerce ad scripts — including UGC, problem-solution, testimonial, and story-driven formats.
