Responsibilities:

• Maintain & troubleshoot plant IT systems infrastructure adhering IT & Business Compliance.
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems & applications, set up new users' accounts and configure user profiles.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults.
• Monitor & troubleshoot LAN/ WAN/VOICE/ CCTV networks and cabling activities.
• Attend to ERP System related problems and its maintenance.
• Handling and timely maintenance of utility services such as the UPS system, PABX - telephone system, FAX system, Photocopy machines, CCTV etc.
• Manage the roll-out of new applications and infrastructure implementations.
• Ability to conduct end-user IT training & manage IT related business compliance requirements.
• Maintain & provide relevant reports including procedural documentations.

Requirements:

• An Advanced Diploma/ Degree or a Professional Qualification in the relevant field & Higher Diploma in Computer Hardware
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity
• Knowledge in MCSE/ MCSA/ A+ will be an added advantage
• Sound knowledge in maintaining hardware configurations and implementations
• Knowledge in CCTV maintenance
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
