Responsibilities:

• Maintain & troubleshoot plant IT systems infrastructure adhering IT & Business Compliance
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems & applications, set up new users accounts and configure user profiles.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults
• Monitor & troubleshoot LAN/ WAN/VOICE/ CCTV networks and cabling actredes.
• Attend to ERP System related problems and its maintenance.
• Handling and timely maintenance of utility services such as the UPS system, PASX - tel ephone sysem, FAX syStem Photocopy machines, CCTV etc.
• Manage the roll - out of new applications and infrastructure implementations.
• Ability to conduct end user IT training & manage IT related business compliance requremerts.
• Maintain & provide relevant reports including procedural documentations.

Requirements:

• •An Advanced Diploma/ Degree or a Professional Qualification in the relevant field & Higher Diploma in Computer Hardware
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity
• Knowledge in Microsoft application will be an added advantage
• Sound knowledge in maintaining hardware configurations and implementations
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
