Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist clients in using Hotel Mate modules effectively (Front Desk, POS, Channel Manager, etc.).
- Give tier 1 Support to clients
- Escalate complex issues to the technical or product teams when required.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the support system.
- Guide new users through onboarding, setup, and basic training.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve product usability and client experience.
- Monitor system alerts and proactively identify potential issues.
- Contribute to creating FAQs, help articles, and training documentation.
Qualification
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience in hotel operations or software support will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
