Support Service Agent - Work from home

HOTEL MATE PVT LTD external url   Remote • Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional customer support via chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist clients in using Hotel Mate modules effectively (Front Desk, POS, Channel Manager, etc.).
  • Give tier 1 Support to clients
  • Escalate complex issues to the technical or product teams when required.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the support system.
  • Guide new users through onboarding, setup, and basic training.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve product usability and client experience.
  • Monitor system alerts and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Contribute to creating FAQs, help articles, and training documentation.

Qualification

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in hotel operations or software support will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
