Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented HR Business Development Professional to expand our client base and strengthen business relationships. The ideal candidate will combine business development acumen with a strong understanding of HR services, recruitment processes, and client management.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting HR solutions such as staffing, payroll management, training, and other workforce services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HR services domain (staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment/HR operations team to deliver appropriate solutions.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet business targets.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, HR consulting, or recruitment sales.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition, and staffing services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
