Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously.
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Tamil.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Record and update customer information in the system accurately.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Tamil (both spoken and written) – mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism during customer interactions.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
