Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of hardware, software, and security solutions, while building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical awareness, and the ability to generate new business opportunities through effective sales strategies.

You will work independently, managing your own territory, pipeline, and client relationships while reporting directly to your supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • Education : G.C.E. A/L or diploma; degree not required. (Bellow 30 years)
  • Experience : 6+ months in direct sales (e.g., insurance, mobile reloads, consumer products)
  • Proven track record of hitting targets is essential.
  • Fluent in Sinhala, basic English for reporting Tamil is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone, E-mail Comunication for reporting and WhatsApp Business.
  • Valid two-wheeler license (bike/scooter)

Personality : Hustler mindset - resilient, persuasive, numbers-driven, and comfortable working alone in the field.
