Agrithmics is a leading AgriTech company that empowers the agriculture industry through innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a passionate and talented Associate Software Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to developing impactful technology for the agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across applications.
5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in software development.
3. Strong knowledge in .NET Core or at least one modern programming language or framework (e.g., Java, Kotlin, React, Node.js, Flutter, or Python).
4. Understanding of database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB, or Firebase).
5. Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
6. Passion for technology, innovation, and the agriculture domain.
