🧠 Position Summary

We’re looking for a Full Stack JavaScript Developer who can take part in developing scalable web applications and AI-integrated systems.

Candidates experienced with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI) and RAG pipelines will be given strong preference.

💻 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Next.js and Node.js
• Design and integrate RESTful / GraphQL APIs
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, or similar)
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLMs and RAG systems
• Optimize performance, maintain code quality, and ensure scalability
• Work closely with the global product team in an agile environment

🧩 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Back-End Developer
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js
• Familiarity with Firebase, AWS, or Google Cloud environments
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git versioning, and testing tools
• Experience or interest in LLM integrations (Gemini, OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, etc.)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to work remotely and independently

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven applications or chatbot integrations
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Supabase Vector, Weaviate, etc.)
• Understanding of prompt engineering or RAG architecture

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: LKR 30,000 – 100,000 (based on experience & performance)
• First Month: Paid trial period at LKR 30,000
