Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product demonstrations and installations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to customers.
• Help maintain technical documentation (datasheets, user guides)
• Collaborate with the marketing team for product promotions
• Gather customer feedback and support in product improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to a fiexible, roster-based work schedule
• Currently pursuing a degree in Electronics Engineering or related field!
• Basic understanding of network protocols and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and customer-focused approach.
