ViaraTech is a digital innovation company focused on developing intelligent, data-driven solutions for the aviation and asset management sectors.

Our next product — Glasscockpit — empowers aircraft engine owners and operators to instantly understand their Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and asset valuation without revealing sensitive data.
We’re building a freemium mobile app that combines aviation analytics, clean design, and privacy-first modeling — and we’re looking for a talented Sri Lankan developer to help bring this idea to life.

About the Project: Glasscockpit

Glasscockpit is a simple yet powerful tool for engine owners to estimate:

Total cost of ownership

On-wing performance and maintenance costs

Engine valuation categories (Full Life / Half Life / Run-Out)

All using intuitive sliders and visual dashboards — no deep data sharing required.

Your Mission

You’ll work directly with ViaraTech’s digitalization lead to deliver a 3-month MVP-to-launch project combining:

Flutter-based mobile app (UI + logic)

Python (FastAPI) backend for TCO and valuation calculations

Firebase authentication and Firestore for data sync

Freemium layer with in-app payments and exportable reports

You’ll take technical ownership of the build and have the chance to shape the direction of the product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a Flutter app with a sleek, aviation-inspired UI (sliders, gauges, charts)

Implement local and backend TCO calculation models

Build and deploy a FastAPI backend (Azure / Render / Firebase)

Integrate Firebase Auth and Firestore

Add in-app purchases and reporting (PDF export)

Ensure scalability, performance, and clean modular code

Collaborate closely with ViaraTech’s team through agile, milestone-based delivery

Required Skills

✅ Proven experience with Flutter (3+ years preferred)

✅ Strong knowledge of Python (FastAPI or Flask)

✅ Experience with Firebase / Firestore

✅ REST API integration and JSON handling

✅ Solid UI/UX design understanding

✅ Version control (Git / GitHub / Azure DevOps)

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with Azure or Google Cloud services

Experience with in-app payments (Stripe / Play Billing)

Background in engineering, aviation, or asset analytics
