Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Lead the comprehensive UI/UX design process, including user research, concept development, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Define and implement the overall user experience strategy and information architecture for our revamped web platforms.
  • Develop compelling design solutions that include detailed user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces.
  • Create, document, and advocate for a cohesive design system and style guide to ensure visual and interaction consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex application features, such as user dashboards, online forms, data displays, and personalized AI-driven elements.
  • Ensure that all design deliverables adhere to accessibility best practices and comply with WCAG 2.1 AA (or higher) standards.
  • Incorporate multilingual capabilities into designs, ensuring adaptability of layouts and components.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to deeply understand user stories, requirements, and the business context.
  • Work effectively with Frontend Developers and Technical Leads to guarantee that designs are technically feasible and accurately implemented.
  • Facilitate design workshops and present design concepts, rationales, and solutions confidently to internal teams and senior client stakeholders.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate designs based on findings and stakeholder input.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to other UI/UX designers as needed, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, methodologies, accessibility advancements, and relevant design tools, including AI advancements in the field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, particularly with complex web applications, enterprise platforms, or large-scale digital products.
  • A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design processes, visual design, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and the creation/use of design systems, specifically showcasing examples of complex web application design.
  • Proven experience leading design direction for major projects and mentoring other designers.

Qualifications

  • Mastery of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Expertise in design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro.
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered design tools (e.g., Uizard) to enhance the design process.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and user psychology.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, iconography, and branding.
  • In-depth knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches.
  • Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and designing for inclusivity.
  • Ability to create and manage design systems and component libraries effectively.
