Responsibility:

• Installs, maintains, and repairs hardware, software, and network systems, provides technical support to end-users, and performs troubleshooting to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Key duties include system installation and configuration, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing user accounts, maintaining hardware and software inventories, and performing data backups. Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills are essential.

Requirements:

• Certification in computer hardware with networking.
• knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and Networking.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and replace faulty hardware components.
• Good understanding of hardware , network configuration, and software installation.
• Basic Salary Rs. 35,000/= + Allowances (Negotiable).
