We’re a Munich-based (Germany) digital tech company working in Web Development, Cyber Security, and Data Analytics, with an international team collaborating remotely across Europe, Asia, and North America.

We offer a Scrum Master internship for talented and motivated students or recent grads eager to gain real-world experience in leading agile development teams. You’ll work closely with stakeholders (and maybe lead a small team) to ensure smooth sprint delivery and clear communication.

Location: 100% Remote
Start Date: Flexible / ASAP
Duration: 3 – 6 months
Commitment: Minimum 30 hours per week
Type: Initially unpaid (potential for paid role based on performance)

Your Tasks

•     Coordinate agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban)
•     Facilitate standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
•     Ensure team alignment with project goals and timelines
•     Track and report progress using tools like Trello
•     Help improve development processes and remove blockers

Scrum, Kanban, Trello, Jira, Notion, GitHub, Agile Planning, Time Tracking Tools (Clockify)

What We’re Looking For

•     Studying or recently graduated in Project Management, IT, Business, or similar field
•     Hands-on experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) 
•     Organized, communicative, and proactive
•     Bonus: Experience with remote teams or technical projects
