Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the sales process, ensuring seamless communication between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments. As a Sales Coordinator, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations, helping to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in managing schedules, customer accounts, and sales pipelines.
• Coordinate sales activities, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Maintain accurate records of sales metrics and performance data to support decision-making.
• Communicate with clients to ensure timely follow-ups and address any inquiries related to products or services.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns with sales objectives.
• Organize and facilitate sales meetings, training sessions, and events.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, order processing, and inventory management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Familiarity with sales reporting and analytics tools is a plus.
