Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts on a regular basis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and documentation.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and contribute to financial audits.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions and provide necessary information.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably within the
  advertising or creative industry.

• Proficiency in accounting software and strong knowledge of MS Excel for handling daily
  financial transactions and reconciliations.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple
  tasks, meet deadlines, and support the finance team in preparing reports and maintaining
  accurate records.

• Should have a valid driving license and should drive vehicle
