Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and efficient environment for both employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems effectively to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Qualification from a reputed Technical Institute. (NVQ Level 03/04 or above qualification
• lectrical, Mechanical or a related fiel

• Minimum 1-2 year experience in industrial Mechanical and Electrical experien
  roubleshooting, Services, Overhauling, Breakdowns, Repairs, etc.) & releva maintenance
  activities.

• Knowledge in IT field & electronic equipment and boiler operating experience will be an
  added advantage.
