ROLE PROFILE
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.

Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor market trends, supplier stability,and geopolitical factors that may impact procurement operations.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, assess market trends, pricing dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to procurement.

Evaluate suppliers based on criteria such as quality, reliability, cost, sustainability practices, and compliance. Develop a supplier portfolio that meets the company's strategic objectives.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, including terms and conditions, pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Assess supplier risks related to financial stability, geopolitical factors, supply chain disruptions, regulatory compliance, and ethical considerations. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement or any related discipline
- 5-7-year experience in procurement in similar position
- Strong analytical and financial skills to analyze data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
