Responsibilities

• Lead a PHP development team in designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare applications.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure best practices in PHP development (object-oriented design principles, design patterns).
• Lead SugarCRM customization and integration projects.
• Manage migrations and upgrades to PHP 8+.
• Mentor team members and ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Work with databases including MS SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5 -7 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
• Strong expertise in SugarCRM development and customization.
• Proven experience in PHP 8+ migrations and upgrades.
• Proficiency in PDO, OOP, and design principles.
• Solid experience with MS SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Experience with Composer for dependency and package management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git).
