IYKONS, a dynamic organization committed to excellence in client services, is seeking a skilled Client Service Assistant to join our team. In this key role, you will manage client relationships through professional phone communication while coordinating our offshore operations. You'll assign tasks to team members, ensure diligent follow-up, and deliver outstanding customer service that maintains our reputation for excellence

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead Backend Development using Nodejs and NestJS to build scalable, maintainable services
• Own System Architecture and design technical solutions aligned with business goals
• Develop and document RESTful APls with OpenAPl/Swagger
• Optimize PostgreSQL and Redis database performance and schema design
• Ensure multi-tenant Saas architecture best practices are followed
• Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend and DevOps teams
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring sessions
• Contribute to improving internal engineering processes and standards

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 4+ years production experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• 2+ years experience with NestJS building enterprise-grade apps
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis
• Hands-on experience with ORMs or query builders like Prisma or similar
• Deep understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture
• Familiarity with API standards, versioning, and documentation (REST, OpenAPI)
• Knowledge of server-side caching mechanisms.
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS platform design
• Experience with NET Core and React/Next.js is a plus
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Unit, integration, and e2e testing experience
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration
