Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of market trends, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client projects and services.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management team.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance business visibility and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, software solutions, or IT services is a plus.
