Global Business Development Manager

TourBeez is a fast-growing Canadian travel technology company transforming the way people discover, book, and enjoy tours and activities worldwide. We connect travelers across the globe with unique adventures through our global booking platform.

Job Profile:

  • Drive partnerships with operators & experience providers to expand Tour Beez's inventory.
  • Develop 8 execute global supply acquisition strategies.
  • Lead negotiations to secure competitive pricing & long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, & Product teams to maximize impact.
  • Manage pipeline & sales processes using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in leadership in building & scaling teams.
  • Proven success in supply-side acquisition (marketplace, travel, hospitality, or B2B partnerships).
  • Strong negotiation skills & ability to structure win-win agreements with operators & partners.
  • Comfortable building processes & systems from scratch in a startup environment.
  • CRM expertise (Salesforce or similar) with discipline in forecasting & pipeline management.
  • Excellent communicator in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Collaborative operator who thrives in cross-functional work across Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, & Support.
  • Ability to work on alternative Saturdays.
