Key Learning Outcomes

By the end of the internship, the intern will be able to:

• Apply core data science concepts to real-world recruitment data.
• Perform end-to-end data analysis, from data cleaning to model deployment.
• Use machine learning and predictive analytics to support business decisions.
• Create interactive dashboards and data reports for management.
• Gain experience working in a professional environment with cross-functional teams.

Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib).
• Understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling concepts.
• Basic understanding of NLP and text data analysis.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience with Git, Google Colab, or Jupyter Notebooks.
• Exposure to HR, recruitment, or marketing analytics projects.
• Knowledge of Power Query, Excel automation, or data pipelines.
