We’re looking for a highly organized and detail oriented professional to lead end to end project delivery, align business goals, and drive impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly identify and define project requirements, scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, monitor progress. and provide regular status updates to management.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and at the expected quality level.
  • Conduct business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder analysis
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, recommending practical. business-aligned solutions
  • Assess project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project objectives
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards. project governance: and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Associate Project Manager or in a similar role. preferably in an IT or software development environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban is an advantage. within scope, and at the expected quality level.
  • Proven ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakehölders
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
