Digit Web Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing E-Commerce company operating across multiple global marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.

We primarily sell under our own brand “Ledsone”, which has become a strong international brand identity representing our company.

Our business operations successfully extend to the United Kingdom (UK), Germany, other European countries, the United States (USA), and Canada.

We are now looking for talented and passionate E-Commerce Executives to join our growing global team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage online product listings, prices, and stock levels
• Handle order processing and customer communication
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
• Collaborate with design and technical teams
• Support workflow automation using AI and digital tools

Work with Automation and AI Tools:

• Our company is implementing Automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems across our operations.
• This provides a unique opportunity for employees to:
• Learn and use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, and Excel Automation
• Automate reports, listings, and order management tasks
• Contribute new ideas to improve productivity and efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing
• Strong English communication and computer skills
• Knowledge of AI tools or automation systems will be an added advantage
• Analytical mindset and ability to work independently
