Quality Assurance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure all quality parameters for commodities and spices packing.
• Manage R&D activities related to the packing process.
• Control nonconforming products and ensure proper corrective actions.
• Oversee printing details on packaging (MFD, EXP, MRP, Batch No, etc.).
• Manage calibration, monitoring, and measuring devices.
• Ensure product preservation, traceability, and identification.
• Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Housekeeping, and Food Safety systems.
• Maintain all records, documents, and quality objectives for the packing section.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree or Diploma in Science, Food Science, or Agriculture.
• 1-2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and GMP systems.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Residence near Wattala will be an advantage.
