We’re looking for a Telemarketer / Internet Product Marketing Specialist who can promote our digital products and services through phone, online, and social media platforms.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
• Manage inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.Execute online marketing activities — including social media, email campaigns, and lead generation.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM tools).
• Follow up with interested leads to convert them into customers.
• Support digital marketing campaigns by identifying new market opportunities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Sinhala is an advantage).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, WhatsApp Business, and online marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising, email marketing, or CRM systems.
• Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🎓 Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in Telemarketing or Online Product Promotion.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply!
