• Proficient in PHP, MySQL & Laravel
• Communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
• Experience with Joomla and WordPress is advantageous, but not required
• Ability to think creatively with an artistic eye for design, ensuring websites are visually engaging and user-centered
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into work to keep projects modern and fresh
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines effectively
• Be proactive, take ownership of projects, and work with little supervision to drive them to success
