Duration: 15-day probation (unpaid) → LKR 15,000/month after probation

About the Role:
Neo Solution is looking for a passionate Backend Developer Intern with knowledge in PHP and Java frameworks. You’ll work on web applications, APIs, and database systems while learning hands-on backend development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems using PHP and Java
• Work with frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Debug, test, and document backend functionality
• Collaborate with front-end developers and the QA team

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of PHP development
• Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworks
• Knowledge of MySQL or similar databases
• Willingness to learn and solve technical challenges
• Able to work in a hybrid setup
