About You:

• You’ve designed intuitive, user-centered web or mobile experiences — from concept to production.
• You understand design systems, component libraries, and how design translates into real code (bonus if you’ve worked with React or Figma-to-code handoff).
• You think deeply about usability, accessibility, and scalability — not just aesthetics.
• You collaborate closely with engineers and product owners, balancing creativity with technical feasibility.
• You’re curious, data-informed, and always open to iteration and feedback.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing new features for social, content, and engagement platforms.
• Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Working with front-end engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, responsive layouts, and design consistency.
• Helping establish our design system and component library from the ground up.
• Iterating based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
