Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of CCTV software platforms (VMS, NVR/DVR systems, IP cameras.
- Understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls).
- Experience with system integration (access control, alarms, monitoring software).
- Knowledge of data storage management (local servers & cloud solutions).
- Familiarity with troubleshooting software & hardware issues.
- Ability to monitor CCTV screens and identify suspicious activities.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, report writing).
- Clear communication skills (both verbal & written).
