Key Responsibilities

• Test Case Design & Execution: Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases & scripts across multiple platforms (web & mobile).
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, interpret user journeys, and ensure compliance with GDPR, Consumer Duty & PCI.
• Defect Identification & Reporting: Document and track defects, assess end-user impact, and verify fixes with dev teams.
• Communication & Collaboration: Provide clear updates, explain complex issues, and ensure effective test coverage.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed reports on test results, defects, and execution progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years in manual software testing.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience in UAT design & execution, exploratory and risk-based testing.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira & XRay.
• Ability to create dashboards, test plans, and clear defect reports.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of the Insurance domain.
