Key Responsibilities

• Test Case Design & Execution: Own end-to-end test cases, proactively execute test plans/scripts across platforms.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders, interpret user journeys, ensure compliance (GDPR, Consumer Duty, PCI).
• Defect Management: Identify, document & track defects, assess business impact, verify fixes with dev teams.
• Communication & Collaboration: Provide clear updates, explain complex issues, ensure test coverage for end-users.
• Documentation: Maintain reports, test results, and progress dashboards.

Personal Attributes

Adaptable, collaborative, proactive, user-focused, and a mentor to juniors. Ensures usability, drives system improvements, and takes ownership of deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years in manual software testing.
• Knowledge of SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum, UAT test case design, exploratory & risk-based testing.
• Tools: Jira, XRay or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of the Insurance domain.
