1. Prepare high-quality documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS). Project Proposals and Project Charters.
2. Draft memos, standard operating procedures (SOP), arl policies to support business and operational alignment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience as a Business Anlyst, preferably in a Information Technology environment.
3. Strong track record in requirement gat hereing, documentation, and client presentations.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to understand business problems and translate them into practical technology-driven solutions.
