We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst with strong experience in IT/software development. You'll be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with tegs to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discussions to define needs and priorities
• Translate requirements into functional/technical specs.
• Drive process re-engineering and optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, PMs, Dev, QA.
• Prepare documentation (BRD, FRD, UML, workflows):
• Conduct impact, risk, and feasibility analysis.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Mentor junior analysts, ensure best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Cs/IT (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years as Business Analyst in IT/software.
• Strong Agile, Scrum, SDLC knowledge.
• Skilled in requirements, stakeholder management, process improvement.
• Proficient in documentation (SRS, BRD, FRD, UML, BPMN).
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving.
• Ability to mentor junior analysts.
