We are a not-for-profit organisation founded in 2022 focusing on giving economically disadvantaged children an opportunity to become professionals via vocational education.
Our upcoming 5th batch of students will commence our flagship Empower Scholarship program that will teach them 21st Century Skills including Digital Literacy, English, Customer Service, Numerical and Practical Math, Life Skills and Career Guidance through both Project Based Learning and Curriculum Based Learning approaches.

Minimum Requirements
- Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Languages, or Teaching English as a Second Language from a reputed university.
- 06 months full time basis commitment.
- Fluency in English and be Tech-savvy
Location: Outside Colombo city limits, transport to be provided from a central location
