We Are Hiring - Associate Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or Project Management.
• Minimum of one (01) year of experience in an Associate Business Analyst role.
• Familiarity with ERP/SFA software or experience in sales operations.
• Strong understanding of business processes and familiarity with software solutions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and the ability to write SQL queries is a plus.
• Knowledge of Project Management and SDLC is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the project team to understand project requirements and assist in clarifying any requirements-related questions.
• Help in analyzing and documenting requirements, creating product backlogs, and participating in backlog training sessions.
• Support the development team in ensuring functional requirements and quality standards are met.
• Assist with release management, coordinating with the technical team and clients to ensure smooth deployments.
• Participate in project User Acceptance Testing (UAT), help create user manuals, and provide user training as needed.
• Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing product features and communicating our vision and roadmap.
• Maintain effective coordination and prioritization to support project goals and timelines.
