Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a talented Cybersecurity Specialist with a strong focus on penetration testing and ethical hacking to help safeguard our products, infrastructure, and clients.
The Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled cybersecurity professional who thrives on identifying vulnerabilities, simulating real-world attacks, and developing strategies to secure systems. In this role, you’ll conduct penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and security audits, while working closely with our developers and IT teams to strengthen our overall security posture.Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on penetration testing for web, mobile, cloud, and network environments
• Identify, exploit, and document vulnerabilities in applications, APIs, and infrastructure
• Perform vulnerability assessments and provide actionable remediation advice
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement secure coding practices
• Analyze and simulate real-world cyberattacks (red team exercises)
• Stay current with emerging threats, exploits, and attack vectors
• Provide clear and detailed reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Assist in the development of internal security policies and awareness programs

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, or ethical hacking
• Strong knowledge of web application security (OWASP Top 10, common exploits)
• Hands-on experience with tools such as:
• Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, Nessus, Kali Linux, Hydra
• Deep understanding of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs
• Familiarity with secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong grasp of cryptography basics (encryption, hashing, TLS/SSL, PKI)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar)
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Desirable Skills (Bonus Points!)

• Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GPEN, or CREST
• Experience with bug bounty programs (HackerOne, Bugcrowd)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Knowledge of reverse engineering or malware analysis
• Experience conducting red team/blue team exercises
