THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and driven Trainee Product Manager to join our innovative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring product leader to learn the ropes of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with senior product managers, engineers, and sales teams to help shape the future of our technology solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and user stories.
• Support the development of product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
• Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Help define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in creating product documentation, presentations, and training materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
• A passion for technology and a strong desire to build a career in product management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• An expressive individual with drive, ambition, and creativity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a constantly evolving industry.
