Idea8 Solutions is looking for an Intern Software Engineer to work on exciting projects and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code for both frontend and backend
• Participate in peer code reviews, agile development, and team planning meetings
• Debug, test, and optimize full-stack applications for performance and reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• NestJS (backend framework)
• React.js/ Next.js (with TypeScript) (frontend frameworks)
• PostgreSQL (primary database choice)
• Some Cloud Hosting Knowledge (AWS / shared hosting / cPanel - at least one deploy environment)
• Git / GitHub / GitHub Workflow (version control and collaboration)

Optional

• Fast API / Django (alternative back end frameworks)
• MySQL (secondary DB option)
• Docker & Kubernetes (containerization & orchestration)
• AWS Cloud (advanced usage) (beyond basic hosting-ECS, Lambda, RDS)
