Client Support Specialist - ERP Solutions

We are looking for dynamic professionals with hands-on experience in SaaS ERP or SaaS Product Client Support to join our team of client support specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for providing post go-live functional support to clients using our ERP solution.

Job Title - Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer, you will leverage your knowledge of ERP/SaaS applications to assist clients in resolving functional and system-related issues. Your role will combine problem-solving, application understanding, and client management, ensuring the smooth operation of our solutions after go-live.

Qualifications and Experience We're After

  • 1 - 2 years' hands-on experience providing post go-live functional support for SaaS ERP solutions OR at minimum, experience in SaaS products providing client functional support.
  • Degree or degree equivalent (at minimum part) qualification in finance or related fields such as CIMA, CMA, ACCA, CA.
  • Good understanding of ERP or SaaS application workflows, client challenges, and standard support procedures is essential.
  • Familiarity with accounting concepts and financial standards.
  • Exposure to finance, operations, or auditing domains would be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience with ERP implementation or as an ERP user would be an added advantage.

Your Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical and financial process-related support to clients.
  • Manage and address client requirements for ongoing projects with precision and professionalism.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate level of support.
  • Identify and track issues, ensuring they are routed to the correct resources.
  • Update support records and generate activity reports.
  • Guide customers through the problem-solving process with clarity and patience.
  • Follow up with clients, provide feedback, and ensure efficient and satisfactory resolution of issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation and closure of all support cases.
