The Avinya Foundation is a nonprofit philanthropic organization dedicated to assisting underprivileged youth by empowering them with 2ist-century skills to create equitable opportunities.

We're planning to launch a fully functional Avinya Academy Digital Platform and we're making it happen with Ballerina technology and Flutter! Expect hackathons, fast-paced timelines, and loads of fun as we push boundaries to build something game-changing.

Qualifications:

• Following a Bachelor's degree in IT/Software Engineering or Computer Science from a reputed university.
• Candidates should possess a minimum current GPA of 2.8.
• 06 months full time basis commitment (if required, should be able to continue after internship).
• Knowledge in Flutter is required.
• Knowledge in Ballerina would be an added advantage.
• Must have the ability to function as a team player with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Flutter.
• Design and implement backend services using Ballerina & GraphQL.
• Work with version control systems like Git for code management.
• Manage MySQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Develop and maintain APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend services.

The selected candidates will receive an allowance on par with industry standards and prospects for a career path within the organization.
