What You'll be doing,

• Define project plans based on the project scope, budget and schedule in collaboration with stakeholders/teams and execute the tasks in the project plan to achieve project objectives using project management practices and methodologies.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and resolve issues.
• Identify project resource requirements and closely work with respective line managers to obtain such resources for the projects.
• Manage the projects successfully while proactively identifying and managing logs of risks and issues while reporting them regularly.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to execute the tasks as per the project plan.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings and presentations to management and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and motivate fellow team members and lead from the front.
• Monitor project progress and regularly communicate the project status, risks and issues with project team and key stakeholders and management

Are you the colleague who,

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of project managements methodologies, concepts, and best practices.
• Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong team player with good communication skills in writing and presentation.
• Knowledge of project management templates and project management tools techniques.
• Skilled in active listening, presenting, and facilitating team and stakeholders.
