We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote products and services to potential customers
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets
• Prepare reports and maintain customer databases
• Contribute to business growth through innovative sales strategies

Requirements

• Age between 18 – 35 years
• Prior call center / tele sales experience preferred
• Diploma / HND / Degree in Management, Marketing, or Sales (added advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Passion for customer service and relationship building
