We are specially looking for candidates who have already worked in a computer shop / IT Showroom in Sri Lanka
[tech sales or PC building]
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist walk-in customers with brand-new laptops, PC parts, and accessories
- Recommend PC builds and guide compatibility (GPU, motherboard, GPU, etc.)
- Do basic assembling: RAM, SSD, PSU, GPU installs
- Explain specs clearly in simplelanguage
- Upsell accessories and handle basic social media inquiries
- Keep the showroom clean and well-organized
Experience in PC building or working in a tech showroom is a big advantage!
