The Role
As an ICT 4 Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for Sales & IT Related activities, you will be reporting to ICT Manager of the company
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the SE A system to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Work closely with distributors and direct dealers to ensure efficient order processing, inventory management, and umely delivery of products/serices
- Provide training and support to sales team members and Distributors on using the SFA system electively.
- Customize and configure the SFA system/reports to meet the specific needs of the sales team.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP and SFA system and liaise wath 11 support for resolution
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insighis into sales performance.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in ICT support and sales coordination roles
- Excelient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and proritize tasks effectively,
- Experience in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), Sales Force Automation System and Microsoft Office
