At Finco Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, a fast-growing IT company and proud member of The Finco Group,We specialize in delivering innovative, client-centric technology solutions. As part of our expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Technical Officer to join our Service Division.

Required Locations:

• Central Province
• Sabaragamuwa Province
• Northern Province
• Colombo

Job Profile:

• Conducting field visits to provide high-level technical support and on-site assistance to customers.
• Installing and configuring hardware, operating systems, and applications across a wide range of IT devices.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults related to networks, CCTV systems, and printers.
• Replacing or upgrading defective hardware components as needed.
• Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and coordinating with hardware / software vendors.
• Performing routine preventive maintenance and servicing on IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and CCTV systems.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Certification or diploma in computer hardware and networking.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role; trainees are also encouraged to apply.
• Added Advantage: Experience with smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, network configuration.
• Other: Motorcycle license is advantageous.
