Business Development Manager - Enterprise Solutions

At Finco Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, a fast-growing IT company and proud member of The Finco Group, We specialize in delivering innovative, client-centric technology solutions. As part of our expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Enterprise Solutions division.

You should be capable of,

• Identify customer needs and requirements to propose relevant products/solutions and create a high-customer value proposition.
• Achieving the given sales targets within the stipulated time frame.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals
• Building the brand image of the company.
• Managing customers professionally and courteously.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Qualifications & Experience
• Degree or Diploma in IT / Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in handling corporate sector clientele.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent team work skills.
• Excellent time management skills
